Do you have to be 21 to take the tour?

Yes, children and those under 21 are not allowed.

What does my ticket include?

We provide transportation to and from each of the 4 breweries/stops on our tour, exclusive deals, snacks, and a darn good time. Behind the scenes tours are at the discretion of the brewery when we arrive.

How many people does the bus fit?

10-12 adults

Can I bring my own beer and drink on the bus?

You are not permitted to bring beer from home on the bus, but you are able to buy drinks at the breweries to drink on the bus. We will have coolers available for you to store your purchased beverages at the breweries.

How long is the tour?

Brew Bus tours last around 5-6 hours. We spend roughly an hour at each location.

Where is the pickup location?

We have several pick-up locations throughout Northwest Ohio listed below. You will choose your pickup and drop-off location when you book your tour. Your pickup location will be your drop-off location. No exceptions. You can leave your vehicle at the pickup location for the duration of the tour.

Can the pickup location be a house?

You can set the pickup location to a house or place of business within Northwest Ohio for an additional fee of $100. Please Select “Private Pickup” at checkout.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Life happens, we understand. Please contact us 72 hours before your tour for a full refund or reschedule your tour date.

If you are sick or have flu-like symptoms, please do not board our bus. We can attempt to make arrangements to reschedule your tour.

What is your weather policy?

The Brew Bus runs rain or shine. If weather conditions prohibit driving or the owners deem it unsafe to drive, we will contact you to reschedule your tour.

What is the attire?

Be you. Most of the breweries are fairly casual. It is recommended to wear closed-toed shoes if you are touring any of the production areas.

Can the bus accommodate guests with mobility challenges?

We try our best to assist guests who have mobility issues. Unfortunately, our busses are not handicapped accessible. Guests will need to be able to walk up a few steps to get onto our bus. Some of the breweries on our tour may have stairs, picnic-style seating, and or high-top tables.
